I have contacted the seller and he claims that I must have changed the programs somehow and his only solution is to have me ship him back the computer and have him reinstall the software (assumably with the same non-genuine product key) which won't fix my problem. After several weeks I suddenly started getting a message (every time I opened an Office 2007 program) telling me that the included Office 2007 programs are all not genuine and now has started a countdown (currently 11 days) that they will be marked as non-genuine.
I bought a used Dell Lattidute D620 on eBay that was listed as including an installed copy of MS Office 2007 Enterprise Edition.
